Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Thanks Tx, could use the prayers, will stay in contact and let you know.
The real "joke" about this line of questioning is that she's asking him about equal treatment of women in the work place, all the while assuming women get SPECIAL PRVILEGES because they're mothers, too.
You know, equal but "special."
PC? Remember Feinstein was Mayor of San Francisco before being Senator. Free Speech only for the far left there.
Congrats on the new job! Hopefully it won't interfere too much with your Freeping!!!
This is all nonsense with this questioning. I'm going to the Pub before someone gets my seat.
Speaking of Misogynists.... Chauvinist pig Chuck Schumer would sooner fight for a woman to join the other patients in an abortion clinic than fight for a woman to join as a full member of his Masonic Lodge.
Need clapping hands image ping.
No, I think he's up next.
Here comes abortion!
"The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers" - it's a lawyer joke
Few people are unfamiliar with the phrase The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyer. Rueful, mocking, it often expresses the ordinary person's frustration with the arcana and complexity of law. Sometimes it's known known that the saying comes from one of Shakespeare's plays, but usually there's little awareness beyond that. This gap in knowledge has inspired a myth of "correction", where it is "explained" that this is line really intended as a praise of the lawyer's role.
Could you come over here? Please?
LOL.....you would have been drug out of there LONG AGO by the sergeant at arms!
Well I will try to keep up. LOL did I miss Sessions?
This guy is GOOD.
Roberts is explaining to Diane that she took his comments out of context and that he was commenting about hiring more lawyers (he worked for a small law firm at the time)
Feinstein-"Roe, Roe, Roe, your boat" "Roe, Roe, Roe". She's a narrow thinker.
Feinstein doesn't want to hear any answers. She just wants to make some points and get to the ABORTION ISSUE. And here it comes. And the costs of overturning Roe will be felt mostly by the abortion industry run by Planned Parenthood.
Priceless.
Was this the joke that got her knickers in a twist??
