The Dem playbook

The Hill newspaper gives us a peek at the Democratic playbook for the Roberts hearings. Below are the attack assignments for the Democratic members of the Committee:

Kennedy -- civil rights

Leahy -- Bybee torture memo

Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment

Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties

Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade

Feingold -- limits of executive powers

Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

I'm confused. Can I catch something contagious from watching these hearings? :-)

Check out this thread & pic below. The MSM is out to make Judge Roberts look like a "right-wing" wacko. The Dems are having a rough time, so they've called in their media buddies to help them stain Judge Roberts.

Mary Antoinette Landrieu

Do I remember correctly that while she was running for office, she said she would support Miguel Estrada, but once she was in office she pretended that something or another had changed, and she dumped her support of him?

Thank You, it may not seem like much, but there are no jobs here and I can move up and not have to lie about my intelligence, so I am happy.

I was hoping Roberts would say something simple, like---Ain't no way I will be looking to furiner's and their laws...LOL

I worked for lawyers for several years and not once can I ever remember them giving a simple answer to anything

And that even includes ordering lunch .. *L*

The thing with O'Reilly is you have to know what issues push his buttons... and who else is on the email list that might get to it before him.

They're still better than democrats.

I totally agree, which is why I don't use the term RINO lightly. After all, we used to have Glenn and Metzenbaum.

RINO should only be used for Republicans who consistently vote with the 'Rats -- like Jumping Jim Jeffords (even before he jumped).

They're trying to "Dean" him with a photograph, since they can't make him sound nuts with words.

And they call themselves journalists. Shame on them.

Well now---you have come to the right person...

I was a restaurant manager....I started as a checkout person at a Wyatt's Cafeteria....and heard that there were openings for managers...I put in an application and interviewed.

All of the people that worked at the cafeteria I worked at as a cashier laughed at me...I didn't have a degree, but was a nursing assistant and has been in office work for years, and I took the cashier job as just "something different"...

Long story, short...got the job...had to train in Houston for over 6 months...before getting a store back in the Dallas area...

Wyatt's went out of business.....and now I am a stay at home grandmother..who babysits...
