The Dem playbook

The Hill newspaper gives us a peek at the Democratic playbook for the Roberts hearings. Below are the attack assignments for the Democratic members of the Committee:

Kennedy -- civil rights

Leahy -- Bybee torture memo

Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment

Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties

Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade

Feingold -- limits of executive powers

Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Oh-Oh -- Roe v Wade.

YES, reasonable people can disagree.

Robert's answer might come back to bite him. Kohl asked him if he respected the views of "the other side" and Roberts said yes.

How many people will interpret that to mean that Roberts is anti-Roe but he respects the views of the pro-Roe's?

Who says Conservatives have no culture?

Libs should remember that many "cultured" conservatives were once "cultured" liberals. Perhaps the "most cultured" liberals are the ones who are most likely to change parties when they notice how crassly the Dems handle events like the Clarence Thomas hearings.

I caught that too, but the "other side" was left open as to which was the other side.

Kohl is tedious. At least Bagogas, and SloJoe got excised, then Arlen got to perform some exorcisms. That was good midday entertainment.

Hannity is just using my info on the levees and corruption from back when Landrieu's dad was there (also blocks by enviromentalists). That was over a week ago.

Dems have their heads so far up the backsides of lib groups like NARAL, Planned Parenthood and People (not) for the American Way that it would TAKE an ABORTION to pluck them out from inside said depths.

contraception- women's right to choose and privacy of choice.

Then the senator refers to abortion.

First time I have actually heard a man - senator - or anyone have the courage to refer to and call an abortion a form of contraception!

I am enjoying Kohl. Relaxing. Not to worry, Schumer will have our blood boiling.

Roberts can handle all of them.

It'll be interesting to see how Mary Antoinette Landrieu votes on Judge Roberts. She no doubt opposes him, but has to pretend to be conservative to keep getting re-elected.

Hannity is going off on the senators not letting him talk and how stupid they are.

When will he stop?

NO, don't answer that stupid ass question.

Democrats always play that "youthful indiscretion card."
