Well now---you have come to the right person...

I was a restaurant manager....I started as a checkout person at a Wyatt's Cafeteria....and heard that there were openings for managers...I put in an application and interviewed.

All of the people that worked at the cafeteria I worked at as a cashier laughed at me...I didn't have a degree, but was a nursing assistant and has been in office work for years, and I took the cashier job as just "something different"...

Long story, short...got the job...had to train in Houston for over 6 months...before getting a store back in the Dallas area...

Wyatt's went out of business.....and now I am a stay at home grandmother..who babysits...

I am a prep person for now, I ran a restaurant before, but the guy I worked for has fallen off the earth, so I can't prove it, I don't mind starting over, I can learn from the ground up and I am a fast learner. Thanks for your encouragement. If I ever fell into to money I would open my own place, I actually love the restaurant business.
