Right! It isn't based on the islamic crescent.
It's based on the blade of the communist sickle! That's where the slightly wider "handle" of the crescent comes from - it is where the sickle handle meets the blade. and the group of black dots (map pins?) that IS the spot for the RED STAR of islam or the hammerhead of communism! How convenient!
Can the creator of that GIF make one showing the islamic crescent fading into the model then fading into the sickle then back to the model?

Totally unbelieveable!! Whether or not it was intentional (and one HAS to wonder) our enemies would look at this as a recognition and celebration of the sacrifice of the terrorists, not the celebration of those who fought and died.
People can talk all they want about President Bush being out of touch, but the people who designed and chose this park are in outer space.
