Greta is quite disturbed, isn't she?
Also, maybe her Scientology recruiting meeting with Tom Cruise to rope in Oprah was canceled.

"You've got to go with Scalia. It's not "traditional" to promote from within, but he's earned it and he's the anchor."Absolutely. He's brilliant, a gifted scribe, forthright speaker, forward thinker. It's a done deal.

Now we know why the RATs have been going after Pres Bush so much on Katrini -- trying to weaken him and his pick for Chief Justice and the replacement of Scalia is my bet.
Looks like Estridge has the RAT Talking Point Papers down perfectly.

With the death of Rehnquist, only conservatives can lose. If Rehnquist were replaced by a liberal judge, we'd be doomed. If Rehnquist were replaced by a conservative judge, then things would stay the same. I wish someone else would have died instead of Rehnquist.
This is bad news to conservatives. I don't understand why liberals are terrified.

Alan Colmes on FNC now - he looks even closer to death then he normally does!
somebody get him an MRE.
To: oceanview
Right: get Roberts in first, deal with the Katrina deal, and then install Scalia as CJ, and maybe the Louisiana judge as the next justice. Hope Stevens and/or Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg resigns in the next year. :)

So who is the nominee going to be? Any guesses? Don't think we'll know until Roberts is confirmed. Condolences to his family as he will be sorely missed.
