You have a point, and a good one. But this is a beyond just out of control. Someone needs to take action. Any action. And I'm not sure there is anyone in Lousiana with an idea and the power to make it work.

I was listening to the NOLA police scanner - FEMA is talking about shutting down operations because it is too dangerous. 2,300 Oklahoma National Guard troops are on their way.
I would imagine it is dangerous because those thugs shooting at the helicopter have guns, will attack the buses.
What we are seeing is society having to survive with the type of people that society has generated. Apparently these people are using their values to determine their actions and those values mean that they cannot even provide escape for others. The few there are condemning all victims to death.
No rescuers will volunteer their time, equipment, will endanger their lives to pull people out of danger if they are going to be attacked for their kindness. Why should they. So, the scum furthered and justified by the likes of Sharpton, will be the cause of death of their own people.
But, of course, these scum do not have the brain power to understand any of that. And, the left will do nothing to help - just criticize as always.
A woman is going into labor in the Superdome.
When you think about all the pharmaceuticals and alcohol that were looted and the guns and realize that the mentally ill street people have been helping themselves to both it's not a surprise that someone is shooting at choppers.
Yesterday someone was reporting on the body of a woman, left on the side of the road. She had died on Monday.
The FEMA workers came by and recorded her body by photograph yesterday, but then left it there to be picked up at some other time, because they have no place to put the bodies right now.
I just kept thinking, you can't just leave the bodies lying around like this!
They have to get temporary morgues going. This is a recipe for even more disaster.
