Hollywood favorite Julia Roberts will retire from acting following her performance next year on Broadway.
The star of 'Pretty Woman' reportedly wants to spend all of her time with baby twins Phinneus and Hazel as they grow up.
'Juila is done with Hollywood and starring in a Broadway play is the perfect chance to make a graceful exit,' a close friend was quoted as saying.'
'She's been talking about leaving Los Angeles and stopping the movie roles ever since the twins were born last November.'
'She wants a change of scenery, a change of pace and a new challenge.'

She will fall flat on her face on Broadway unless its some very simple 3rd grade level play. Takes talent to do live versus 70 takes per scene in a movie

Picture taken just a few seconds before Russell Crowe screamed, "GET THAT CAMERA OUTTA MY #$%^& FACE!" and broke his Oscar over the cameraman's head.

I don't really care about her movies, and I won't take pot shots at them. I'd just think it's nice to see that she has placed her children as a priority.Ditto, assuming this is true. The linked article quoted the National Inquirer.

I hope this doesn't clear her schedule to make forays into DC and lecture the public on liberal causes.

By any chance does this mean she will shut her socialist mouth up? I seriously doubt it.

I think she is cute, but I'm very married and twice her age, but if I were for hire she'd do.

Good for her.... Unlike the sniping peanut gallery here, I've always enjoyed her roles, and can see the sanity of her choice here. She's got money to have any life she wants for herself and her kids. I'd bug out of Hollywood too.
