Correction:

An article on Saturday about Cindy Sheehan, the antiwar protester whose son died in Iraq and who is camped out near President Bush's ranch in Crawford, Tex., quoted incorrectly from remarks about her by Bill O'Reilly, the Fox News television host. Mr. O'Reilly did not call Ms. Sheehan treasonous. His comment, during his program on Tuesday, referring to applause for her cause on an antiwar Web site, was, "I think Ms. Sheehan bears some responsibility for this, and also for the responsibility of other American families who have lost sons and daughters in Iraq, who feel that this kind of behavior borders on treasonous." And on Wednesday he added, "I said some families who also lost loved ones in Iraq believe what she's doing borders on treason."

Ol' Anne E. really had the shank out for Bush in this one. She got so carried away that she stepped in poo when it came to Bill O'Really, and what he REALLY said. ;-)

The sleepy summer air has been punctured by a blast of antiwar energy, with carloads of activists appearing every afternoon to join a vigil begun by the mother of a soldier who died in Iraq.

It appears that the MSM are determined to make this Sheehan kook an icon for the left.

Fine. I think that she may well have enough baggage for this to backfire. Sheehan's reported association with groups that advocate violence in Iran certainly would seem to make her "anti-war" credentials a bit less than sterling.

"Casey Kelley, 61, a semiretired real estate broker from Colorado who drove 1,000 miles in her camper with her dog, Lucky, to help Ms. Sheehan, said: "It's us versus them again. I haven't felt this since the Vietnam War."

And that says it all. It is beyond their mentality to realize the harm they do this country. Funny Hanoi Jane has not showed up in her anti-war hat and dirty jeans. She would fit right in. Give her a bull horn, set up a AAA site and as she sits at it pretending to shoot down American aircraft, the crowed can go wild and applaude and yell get Bush get Bush. As the Fat boy comes in with his camera crew to film the stuff for another movie.
Meanwhile, UBL, Abu, Izzat, Iranian Mullahs, and the thousands of radical Muslim clerics around the world watch with glee between their slinky eyes.

I am so tired of hearing "anti-war." The majority are not anti-war. Like Viet Nam "anti-war" protesters they want the enemy to win. There is no objection to war against the U.S. -- it's the U.S. fighting back that they are against.

However, unlike the Viet Nam era protesters who wanted their Ho in Hanoi to win this group just wants the U.S. to be humiliated -- surely they don't hate the U.S. enough to want to live under radical Islam.

IMO they do however wish radical Islam would destroy Israel.

Mr. Bush, who by the end of this summer will have spent more time away from the White House than any other president in history...

Embedded fabrication.
