"We need more people here
were getting a lot of press attention and it would be nice for as many people to come whenever they can come. To show them that, truly, 61% of American people want this war over and believe it was a mistake to begin with."

Even Cindy has noticed how few people have shown up. And even she has to admit how much media she's gotten.
I love it that she claims 61% of the country is against the war.
Funny, stilll a majority of the citizenry voted for Bush just a little while ago. How did that happen?
"Hell, I read a comment from her earlier today about how her kids were coping and she made a remark that "she can't help them any because she is in too much pain and has to keep up her activities" (something to that effect if not really close)."
I read it, too. That is what she said. Her youngest has turned to drugs and alcohol. I feel bad for her family.
Exactly my point! So let's get this done and take her down.
I could think of quite a few things more important than Natalie Holloway: the war, the Atta screwup, the Roberts nomination, our borders, and many more.
I think this may be more important too: a tragedy of a mom of a dead soldier being whipped into a frenzy and used as a political mace by the lowest of the low libs, showing their utter moral bankruptcy.
So she is more important than NH, but not in the way she says.
(I know people will hate me for this--- but given what's going on in this country, Natalie Holloway seems like a really small story to me! Sad, but of national importance? Not in my book!)
Cindy was anti-war and anti-Bush before her son died; this has nothing at all to do with her supposed grief. She us USING her dead son for publicity, self promotion, and to get President Bush impeached.
With "friends" like these she associates with, who needs enemies?...
Flyer handed out at event Cindy Sheehan spoke at...
Dang, missing a page break. (*&^%$!)
Actually, you said "she still could be grieving" indicating some doubt. To me, there is no doubt about it.
I know. I know. I'm picking nits. Sorry.
My personal belief is that she is running from facing it.
I'm not a shrink, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
> We do what we must do and it isn't getting down in the gutter.
All I'm saying is that if you do go our and freep in public with calling Sheehan a "whore" you better be ready for it not to play in Peoria.
> You don't approve? Then don't join in and/or get off FR!
Savvy strategists like Rove know better than to call Sheehan something like "whore". Similar advice from me and you're saying I should leave? Whatever. I think the President's handling it well, you should see what he said today, while still not giving in and giving her airtime by meeting her.
Yes, that too and anyone, ANYONE here who is making excuses for Cindy the media whore, is not only NOT a Conservative, but should get on their knees and beg for forgiveness.
Yeah, that's the ticket, traitors, who are "grieving" and dishonoring the memory of the son they're supposedly "grieving" for, should be excused. /sarcasm
It means that like a lot of liberal activists, she's a conspiracy nut, since she can't think of *any* other reason why everyone in the world wouldn't automatically agree with her. It *must* be because her ideas are being "suppressed" and that the public is being "brainwashed" away from the "truth" that she speaks.
> Yeah, that's the ticket, traitors, who are "grieving" and dishonoring the memory of the son they're supposedly "grieving" for, should be excused.
Sigh. Fine. Go ahead and call Sheehan a biatch 'ho commie skank, and see where it gets you.
Please look up MEDIA WHORE; do a GOOGLE if you must. Then look up the word "WHORE" and compare and contrast.
I never said that I was going to go down to Texas and confront her. I never said that I would call her a whore, or a media whore to her face, and what I would tell her, to her face, is exactly what I have posted to FR; none of which you have read, except for the out of context use of "whore".
You weren't talking about what the president or Rove has said, anywhere, until this last post of yours. And the rest of the inane, banal drivel you've posted, has been bleeding heart silly.
Did you use the link and listen to the phone call?
Why did I not realize that?
I just thought I was missing something ELSE; the list gets longer and longer of things they say I do not understand.
If you go to joetrippi.com you will see that he has it up on his site and wants EVERYONE talking about it.
Sick, I tell you, it's just revolting.
> Did you use the link and listen to the phone call?
Yeah. It made me sick, I couldn't listen to all of it. But I guess I'm mostly revolted by the lib Svengalis in this, and I think it's because a close friend of mine recently lost her teenage son, and she is crazy out of her mind. I could see how someone losing a child would completely lose it and fall prey to just about anything. I'm biased.
Maybe I better get off this thread in that case. Have fun, kids.
This is a flyer that was passed out at an event where Cindy Sheehan spoke/ranted.
