This is going to be an expensive fight! Visit:

to support the Parkers!!
The school won't make that 'mistake' again.
If you go to a state school your mind belongs to the state.
What this country needs iss school vouchers, and more Catholic (And Orthodox) schools!
BIG mistake. To Mr. Parker - Take your son out of school and home-educate him. You will find a lot of support within the homeschool community.
bump
He needs to get his kid out of that school ASAP! Every queer who works at that school district will now have a goal of making sure his children are exposed to as much sexual perversion as possible.
I wish the right would get behind school vouchers. It's our saving grace, and the left knows it. It's worth civil war to me.
Ahh, but we had our fill of Catholic Schools...
Home schooling's not for everyone. Also, you're still paying taxes to fund the public schools. Why not stay and fight?(of course, it's tough on the kids, but it's the current state of the real world).
Abandoning the schools to the leftists jeopardizes the future of the country -- we need more courageous parents like the Parkers who are willing to stand up for what they believe. Visit:

to stand with them!
Now if the book had mentioned Christmas or depicted a cross, then he'd be in the drivers seat...but of course the Lexington school board would not have let that kind of offensive material into their classrooms in the first place.
Yep, that's why the gays run happily through school converting your kids into liberal homosexuals. Enjoy the reward of public schools.
What crap!
Touchy...
I am a product of our public schools, my kids are going to a Christian school. So... your point is?
It doens't have to be Catholic, infact most Catholic Churches are accepting Homosexuality.
Lexfreedom... By removing our children, we are fighting... against the entire system. We shouldn't be paying taxes to educate other people's children... at least, not to the extent that we are now (5 days/week, 6 hours/day). I just want to let Mr. Parker know (if he reads this) that home education is an option - and he'll still be fighting the battle without jeopardizing the welfare of his son. (Who knows what they'll say to his son when the father is not around?)
The school has no business teaching children what THEIR version of a family is, nor any business teaching what THEIR version of unatual sex is. The School should be teaching academics, not brainwashing children to indulge in unatural liberal homosexual acts.
Why he should get his legal services for free just like the gay activists did for the Romer case in Colorado. Write newly nominated Judge Roberts and ask him to arrange it.
The teachers will retaliate at every opportunity. I've seen it. The kid will get terrible grades and never get the benefit of the doubt in any situation.
My only beef with Parker is he is stubborn. He should take his kid to a parochial school or home-school the boy.
I totally agree that the school doesn't have to be Catholic. What I don't understand is the part about Catholic schools accepting homosexuality. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that. My daughter goes to a Catholic school and there are no pro-homosexual books in the library. On the flip side they don't suggest burning gays alive either...would you consider that to be "accepting" of homosexuality?
I think what is bothering me is I'm sensing an undercurrent of anti-catholcism in your post. Gee I hope I'm wrong.
Ok, I would have to agree with you to some extent. I admire the discipline.
However, with what the church is going through these days that point seems moot. I mean, there are Homosexual Priests molesting children. SO, the gays are running rampant in the church as well.
The Church of the Resurection, just down the street from me has a separate mass for homosexuals. NOT to tell them that thier lifestyle is an abomination to God, but just allowing them to come to mass and taking the Eucharist. And, if my catechism taught me correctly, homosexuality is a sin, if you sin and do not go to pennance and repent from that sin, then you cannot take the eucharist. Hypocracy...
It's the Twilight Zone Queer Edition.
