It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay or a profile of another FReeper.

Welcome to TGIF at the Finest!   We hope you've been having as much fun as we have with our essays and/or spotlight on various FReepers. From the beginning, we've been kicking back on Saturdays and Sundays and simply reviewing the features of the week; our weekend threads now start on Friday and continue through Sunday. thanks for pix.. I wish I knew the name of the captain in the last pix. She looks like someone I went to OSC with but cannot recall the name. That was SOOOOO long ago. I recall she was from Puerto Rico

I can only speak for myself, but I appreciate all teh info being posted here so we can all learn. those not intersted in HTML, can skip & those of us who want to improve skills can take note.


I need to leave for a bit..

Still lots of work to do. I have to build a deck across the front, add a roof across the top above the sliding glass door.

In the rear is another deck and another roof to build.
The interior has to be insulated, drywalled, sanded, painted, flooring to install, finish electric, finish carpentry, doors and windows to install.

It will take every moment I can give it to be complete ontime.

Thank you, Dolly. Yes, I think she did tell us that! I love lighthouses. I read that scripture this morning and it just seemed to cry out for one!

I will take some more detailed ones this week.
By the end of the week the framing end of it should be done.
The electricans will be finishing the rough tomorrow, insulated by the end of the week. Then we start the drywall.
