Soros and all his colleagues had spent $200 million to elect a Democratic secretary of state in Missouri.

"...along with its sister organization, the Media Fund, raised and spent about $200 million"

That is perhaps the best part. All that money coming from the pockets of anti-American idiots, back into the American economy, all for nothing.

In a way, it didn't fail.

Bottom line...It did fail.

$200 million for lemons and they still can't make lemonade.

They should be embarassed about taking credit for Robin Carnahan's win. If someone's last name is Carnahan, they should win in Missouri, even if they're dead. And the only reason Jean Carnahan lost the Senate seat that was given to her, is that she had a two year track record of ineptness.

Hopefully they can suck these people in for more than a quarter billion in 2008, and get the same result.

Either:

1. Some Dems were going to win anyway, therefore, they did not make any difference because the outcome was the same. or

2. They did make a difference, in which case there would have been a total Dem shutout otherwise. Either one is funny.

Don't feel bad for Soros, he's still got his quasi-secret club, the Council on Foreign Relations.

It's a far more effective vehicle for his agenda, anyway.

So, what this article says is, these guys had more money than they knew what to do with, so they wasted it. Good! And, at least, it was their own money.

Yes, a fine cigar, some Godiva chocolates, the special coffee blend, and just a tad of Bushmill's seems to be called for.

The RATS remind me of that Bat from Hell character from the movie Jeepers Creepers. They'll be back in 3-1/2 years to help the SHE-DEVIL in 08!...COUNT ON IT!

Hmmm, you mean all the money in the world won't get folks to buy what the democrats have been shoveling? Who'd a thunk it?

LOL, the democrats want new blood, and trash everything sacred that what U.S. citizens believe in. Go figure.

Democrats; Hawking socialism, marxism, higher taxes, slamming Christians, cozying up to anti-Christian orgs like the ACLU, fronting for terrorist organizations by fighting those would confront them, defending criminals instead of victims, defending the salughter of hundreds of millions of dead preborn... you guys really know how to appeal to the U.S. public.

"ACT, as big as it was, had not put John Kerry over the top, but the group had "held conversations at 4.6 million doorsteps about the truth about the Iraq war, about the state of our healthcare system, about the economy." It had registered half-a-million new voters. In the last days of the campaign it had made 23 million phone calls, sent out 16 million pieces of mail, and delivered 11 million fliers. And on top of it all, it had "launched the largest get-out-the-vote effort the Democratic Party has ever seen," turning out "unprecedented levels of voters in the battleground states." This plus Evan Thomas providing 15 points and frenchie still ate dirt on election night. This proves what a worthless bag of dung the guy was. None of that effort by the act scum or thomas said how good frenchie was because they couldn't find anything to say besides that he wasn't Bush.
