Sgt. Kevin Robinson, from 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, a part of 1st Battalion, 25th Infantry Regiment (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), takes a break from the 120 degree temperatures and plunges into a pool in Mosul, Iraq, on Thursday.
Capt. Curtis Sawyer works out with CWO3 Mike Stehn at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) gym at Forward Operating Base Courage in Mosul, Iraq, on Thursday. The MWR Villa is a popular place among soldiers to get in a work out or cool down by the pool.
Tech. Sgt. Edward Brown spikes the ball over the opposition during a volleyball game at Balad Air Base, Iraq, on Tuesday.
Sgt. Idris N. Turay, from Cedar Falls, Iowa, lands a massive kick to the midsection of Shota Koja during a kickboxing match at the Rocker NCO Club at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, on July 16. Turay won the fight in the second round. He is attached to Headquarters Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
Just a day away from the office for our Troops.
