well try not to get wrapped up in Jossy being the total bad guy. (Yeah he is probably shady and please don't take me wrong) - But I believe it is getting to the point now that it would be in Jossy (owns 60% of the island) and Aruba best interest to solve this case and work with what they have. That is Joran is still in jail (and he is probably the one that killed her). Jossy might be putting this info out there so that Deepak hears it, so that it pisses him off and so that he talks. Play them against each other and get Deepak (mr. walking around free) to talk. This is a game that LE plays all the time in cases like this. Well we know ALE hasn't played the game with boys and Deepak seems to get real upset with what is put out there in the public about him. It is a weakness that he has shown - look how pissed he got when Beth called him a criminal on TV - it is time someone took advantage of his weaknesses and who better than Jossy to be the one to do it? - you wanna bet he does not threaten to sue Jossy? - (cough) - king of the island.
Thanks, I don't know how I missed that. I will have to go back and search for the comments. His credentials are very interesting (and related to my profession). Now I haven't seen his whole resume but the one he advertises makes puts him in a league/world way different than a Mark Furhman type.

I wanted to mention this point also, but thought there was no need as it was undertsood that whoever made the promise must have been trusted by the Holloways, authorities and all interested parties. It's a serious promise for a serious issue. This in no way is similar to, say, an account receivable created in every day commerce. This is a very serious legal obligation to pay.

I really wonder about the things Jossy says. Looks like he is saying things to make Deepak the killer to help Joran. Just don't know what to think at this point!
That is one of the most despicable posts I have ever seen you make. Do you have any insight on why the family split??? Nope, you just assume that since the dad is still around, the mom must be wrong.
Remember Deepak is scared - he has his freedom once again. If he wants to keep his freedom make him earn it and piss him off while he is free and make it look like his freedom is about to be pulled away from him again. Things are the hottest they have ever been now, the clock is ticking. If Deepak is innocent he will talk before they put him back in jail. The kid is probably so paranoid right now that if he is innocent he will talk and he is pondering it. But you have to remember that PVDS is the one that turned Deepak on to this lawyer and this lawyer is probably working more for Joran than he is for Deepak.
The truth will keep him free.
Someone asked me the other day if Natalee's mother or her friends knew where she got that halter top at. I know exactly what this person was thinking. (think about it) But if they did this they surely would have to know what Joran and/or the boys did with her otherwise the fabric trick would not work on them.
I watched Greta and concluded that Jossie was stating that Joran's story in which Deepak went back to kill Natalee was incorrect because they were all seen together between 2:30 and 3 AM, looking quite suspicious. I think that his point was that the new witness brings the Kalpoe brothers back into question for their part of the crime. The witness' story is easily corroborated and thus, Jossie must be feeling pretty good about his story.
Well, do we know if Deepak was or was not the killer? I understand your reservations about Jossy. I think most of us have them as well. But, given the secrecy so far there is nothing else to consider except what he is saying. Someone posted a little earlier that he may be doing this to get Deepak angry enough to talk. I suppose that's a possiblity.
