But she did according to the post above and you do not know what you're talking about. There is a legal obligation by the donor to pay the amount he promised if Natalee is found alive. The fund has already been credited with an asset by the same amount as the promise made by the donor. The promise to pay (IOU, or Liability or whatever you want to call it) is as good as cash. In fact such a promise has a 100% probability of collection unlike, say, a receivable.
Obviously, Jossy has an insider at the police station.
