TK, I read these threads pretty carefully but don't remember much being posted about T.J.Ward, the new investigator. Do you recall anything? I posted some information (#475) and from that link add this regarding the voice analysis resource:

The RA5 is utilized primarily by the insurance industry or other businesses for which the ability to determine fraudulent statements over the telephone is important. It provides its users with the ability to determine the veracity of an incoming claim call, as is the case during an intake interview.

I wonder if he became involved because of the phone call.

Yes, I do Dolphy. Matter of fact another Freeper posted the same link and article on one of the earlier threads that you did in your post #475. But it is good to have it on this thread as well. The first link is probably on thread #8. I say that because it has only been resently that the Twitty's hired Mr. Ward although Jug had mentioned a friend of his knew about a guy with this voice analysis equipment much earlier.
