The family of a Marine who was killed in Iraq is furious with Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll for showing up uninvited at his funeral this week, handing out her business card and then saying "our government" is against the war.

Would like to have given it to Jack Bogut but he's off this week...Come to think of it so is Hank. I can't stand people in the media who take vacations...it makes more work for me. Chris Shovelin will be filling in and he's not into controversial stuff.

In any case I intend to keep the pressure up...I do have my ways.

I just found what I am looking for. Ms. Baker has run as a pro-life candidate in the past and as such, has been listed as such on voting records distributed to voters to help them decide for whom to vote. I have voted for her at times in the past because of this.

Good morning Mrs. Goodrich. I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother in law SSgt. Joe Goodrich. We will not forget his sacrifice. I was disturbed to hear of the awful remarks of the Lt. Governor. I sent her a letter yesterday but doubt there will be a reply. Please know that we are grateful for SSgt. Goodrich's service and ultimate sacrifice for his family and future generations of Americans.
