The democrats say Roberts still has to answer their questions, but he can use the Ginsberg Rule(D), where certain questions can't be answered because the issue may come up before the court in the future.

If the "NO!" party still tries to hold up the nations business, we still have the Constitutional Option to correct that.

My initial reaction: WHOO-HOO! I am absolutely delighted!

When all the names (Brown, Luttig, et al.) first were mentioned a couple of weeks ago, Roberts was my top choice. And from what I am hearing and seeing tonight, I am very pleased.

Thank you, President Bush! Now let's back this man and see him through.
