The demos are going to go to war, and they will need every drop of help from the MSM they can get.How long until they start flinging muck? They already told us Thomas likes porn. What will they come up with about Roberts?
The politics of personal destruction as Mucky Bill used to remind us...again and again and again.

I despise Durbin. Is that wrong? I should not have such strong hatred for a person, but this guy makes my blood boil.
To: Mo1
Durbin already declared war!

The Libs must be frothing at the mouth.
Sounded like Leahy and Schumer were doing just that. Makes Roberts seem like an even better pick.

Frist needs to warm up the nuclear button. It's going to be needed.Frist or any of the GOP senators better not bail out on this guy. He is worth fighting for to get on the USSC.

It is like Bush took his pick up truck out for a night time drive and just ran down a pack of Democratic Deers.

The game is ON.
Roberts,, no track record on abortion, has argued 33 cases in front of the SCOTUS in the past, and just heard him described as a quick on his feet, solid/staunch conservative per a local liberal college politics professor and TV commentator..
Game .. Set.. Match..
The c'Rats are playing for pride at this point, something they have little to boast about of late for all their failed policies of the past and efforts of late. :)
In the words of the FRench Poodle..
BRING IT ON!

Since when do the Democrats get a rebuttal to the president's nomination.Since the MSM became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party.
FNC just believes in giving them enough rope to hang themselves :)

FOX reports that Durbin says he's not a sure thing, not in the mainstream, etc.
To: PilloryHillary
He said he voted against him for the fed court because he "failed to answer specific questions openly and honestly". That's a macro; Schumder says that about every single nominee!

Durbin pronounces the choice "controversial."
Mort Kondracke thinks confirmation is in the bag.

Chuckie Schumer says Roberts may not be a 'consensus' nominee. (whatever the heck that is)

Schumer couldn't wait more than 2 minutes to start bashing Roberts.
Schumer disgusts me.
