Hume cuts off Chuckie's drivel in mid-spewage.
lol!

Schumer says the burden of proof is on the nominee to prove they are worthy, not the other way around. How can a nominee possibly do that when Senators spend 90% of the confirmation hearing process making speeches and only allow a few sentences here and there from the nominee's mouth!
To: Republican Wildcat
Schumer needs a swift kick in the face.
MORE PAPER SHUFFLING. This is such a canned speech!
Schumer: (paraphrase) "We are going to apply ideological litmus tests!"

Schumer saying not enough judicial experience not enough known, needs to answer a wide range of questions FULLY Aren't these the same people who thought someone who didn't have any court experience would be a good pick????

The only thing that worries me is that Reid has not condemned him. And Kennedy is being quiet. Maybe The Lifeguard is hiding on Mary Jo Anniversary Day.

Good for Brit. Cut off the little jerk.
To: PilloryHillary
Notice that Schumer talked about his need to be honest and open over the coming months? I'm setting the over/under at September before a vote. Who's taking the under?

I am from Indiana, home of Dan Quayle, Mitch Daniels, and Dan Burton. Mine is a small but great state, and if this guy worked in the Gary steel mills, he is one tough cookie. I am glad he lived here for a while, and I am sure you are proud he is a Buffalo native.
