As I said earlier: I think the Dems will try the 'Estrada' gambit in that Roberts also worked in the solicitor general's office. They demanded Estrada's private notes, remember?

Schumer saying Roberts has a very limited record with the court. 'For these reasons, it is vital that he answer questions IN THE COMING MONTHS. It is his obligation to let the American people know his views.' Schumer voted against Roberts because he didn't answer questions openly when he appeared before the committee....Fox just cut him off. LOL!
When will they EVER learn?
Some people will never learn. They keep forgetting that President Bush is not like any other politician. He has an internal fortitude and a sense of decency that keeps surprising his detractors.
