Hugh Hewitt is doing the next 4 hours live on SCOTUS, lot's of blogger guests, DC FRiends, etc. Robert's is a FRiend of his, should be real interesting.
I already saw Ralph Neas complaining on pMSNBC. It almost feels like election night!! WOO HOO.

I hope Dubya supports his nominee better than he did Ashcroft and those appellate nominees, when Bush was a total no-show and left them out to dry. Still, I don't see that the Dems have the stomach for a real filibuster of an SC candidate.
This is definitely a lose-lose for the Dems. I just hope he isn't another "Anthony Kennedy Conservative".
To: Mo1
Now MSNBC is saying the announcement is being made to "take the heat off Karl Rove".
I love it when a plan comes together. ;^D

Can't wait to hear the talking heads after the announcement.
Frank is up on O'Reilley, he called Santorum a jerk! LOL!

Already decided, see Drudge or ABC news. John G. Roberts is the man- more conservative than most had hoped.

I am happy happy happy. Roberts will support all the right positions that O'conner did and will be on the opposite side of the few issues she provided 5-4 defeats on.
The court has shifted a tad bit more to the right tonight. Good Job DUBYA!
