Something about that scenario doesn't make sense. If anything, any attempt by the Democrats to even suggest that impeachment is on their minds would almost guarantee that every Bush judicial nominee would sail through their confirmation hearings with unanimous GOP support.
If they were operatives...why would they need a file on them...they would have everything already.
