Possible violation of copyright at Jihad Unspun website

I stumbled upon a terrorist symphatising website called Jihad Unspun at this address : http://www.jihadunspun.com/home.php At the main title page, if you look at the banner at the top of the site, you may notice that the website authors have changed the 20th Century Fox logo to become 21st Century War.My question is,is this a violation of copyright since the author used the original logo and changed it?If so is it possible to complain it to any relevant people (20th century fox themselve,etc.) of the misuse of this logo on a website supporting terrorists?! The website owner's email is bkennedy@jihadunspun.net that's right a bruce kennedy from West Vancouver. http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=http://www.jihadunspun.com/home.php&email=on

More likely a trademark violation, but, that's something Fox itself would need to pursue.
Send them an e-mail if you care to. It's none of our business.
Now, how about entering into a discussion on one of the other threads about something REALLY important.
