In the midst of the media firestorm over Ed Klein's blockbuster book, "The Truth About Hillary," we can see the moral cowardice and equivocation that can destroy our nation from within.
Yes, the very effective Clinton spin machine has worked with their allies in the so-called Mainstream Media to censor Klein and keep him off the TV airwaves.
But that was to be expected. NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC and CNN are all predictable. They are all left-leaning - and they all succumbed to pro-Hillary pressure.
Like all liberals they talk one game and live another. ‘Diversity' and ‘freedom of choice' only apply to them when it helps their cause. But allowing someone with a different point of view to share air time is a big no-no.
So we could have predicted the obvious censorship surrounding "The Truth About Hillary."
But what we could not have predicted was so many craven so-called ‘conservatives' who bailed out on the Klein book in an obvious attempt to curry favor with the chablis and brie cocktail party set.
One conservative at the normally sane New York Post incorrectly stated that Ed Klein wrote that "Hillary is a lesbian." Precisely the opposite is the case: Ed Klein has repeatedly said and written, "I do not know" her sexual preference.
Another GOP strategist, said he "wanted to take a shower" after reading the book. He obviously did not read a page of it because, if anything, the book repeats much of what has previously been published elsewhere. Klein uses sourced material to paint a comprehensive picture of Hillary the political candidate.
Still another strategist attacked Klein and said his book could create a "sympathetic backlash" for Hillary. What nonsense!
Bill O'Reilly - who is not a conservative but is the number one ranked host on Fox News Channel - had the temerity to trash the Klein book - even before he obtained a copy of it - in order to burnish his ‘independent' credentials. But the real truth is that he is dying to interview Hillary! He has been angling for that interview for months. These members of the Right played right into the Clintons' hands. Not attacking the Clintons is the biggest mistake the Republicans can make.
1992, 1996 and Hillary in 2000 were all the same: the strategy of "not attacking" caused Clinton victories. There are also some very courageous conservatives who have had the guts to stand behind the Ed Klein book. Among them:
Rush Limbaugh, the very first radio host to see that the Hillary spin machine was censoring Ed Klein and his book. Rush is a genius at analyzing the motives of the Left. Sean Hannity, who had the guts to withstand pressure and put Ed on both his radio show and Fox's Hannity & Colmes. Radio host Mike Gallagher who also withstood tremendous pressure. The Washington Times' Editorial Page Editor Tony Blankley - who actually read the book - and wrote a fair and honest review.
Laura Ingraham who interviewed Ed Klein and was very supportive. Thank goodness some people have the intellectual honesty to read a book before commenting on it!
Those on the Right who attacked "The Truth About Hillary" ought to be ashamed of themselves. They are intellectually dishonest with a separate - and selfish - agenda.
This book is exposing the fault lines in American politics. You are either on one side or the other.
As was once said, "All that is required for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." By doing "nothing" to take on Hillary, these so-called conservatives are helping the Clintons return to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
For the sake of this nation's future, we cannot allow this to happen.
We must have the courage to fight.

How funny is it that the top two shows on Fox, the supposed conservative channel, are a CNN courtroom retread and a big mouth tabloid tv retread from...what network was he from, anyway? Old Roger Ailes knows how to make money, boy, and it ain't by bringing quality programming to market.
Klein is a liberal why would I want to give him my money?
How much more exposure will be enough? We already know how slimly the ex-President is, and She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is the most dishonest person to be in politics since......well, I can't think of anyone who is comparable (At least Lucifer, Prince of Darkness, has enough respect for me to bother telling good lies).
The point is that nobody's opinion is going to be changed by this book.
Ed Klein's book seems to be as puerile as the couple it exposes. I have no interest in it. The "rape" allegation is so disgusting and out of bounds that it made me consider whether hillary herself put him up to it, so she could use it to get sympathy from women.

Partners In Power..the best anti-Clinton's book, by a noted Liberal. Partners In Power is a much better book. Klein's book is pretty lame IMHO.

Absolutely true. The Clintons have skated to the extent it is not an exaggeration to say that they have proven that CRIME PAYS IN POLITICS. It is sickening to see the MSM (not a suprise) bowing to the CLINTON THREATS which had to part and parcel to the whole deal of cancelling appearances of the author. How much money did Soros put on the table to intimidate the networks?
Hitlery is an extremist-Marxist. She is evil and driven by a power-lust that has really never been seen on the left at the left of Presidential hopefuls, at least not in my lifetime. Many of us who follow the Clinton trail of debauchery and crime, already know most of what is in the book, but the book needs support because it does provide the realities of Hitlery for the less-than-informed sector of our society. For some reason, when I see this woman, I am reminded of what kept Stalin in power in Russia...a mind-numbed, blind, brain-washed society that idolized him, in spite of his causing untold millions of deaths and extreme levels of oppression. Lots of parallels.
The liberal who wrote the book about Queen Darth Vader, given his research, those he extracted information from, provides a credible description of the hard leftist poster-princess...

Edwards, Kerry, and Biden,etc. taking on Hillary...It'll be all worth watching.
