Some case info to go along with this map...
(as far as I know this is all correct)

The Island is 6 to 7 miles deep by about 20 miles long

B-1 = California Lighthouse - where the boys claim they took her first after leaving the Bar.

D-3 = #4 is the location of the 2 Marriott Hotels - where the 2 brothers (and now Joran) claim they dropped Joran and Natalee off after leaving the lighthouse -  the 2 brothers claim they went home to Hooiberg after that.

D-3 = #19 is the location of the Holiday Inn where Natalee was staying.

G-5 = Where the red #2 marker is pointing to is the area that the Carlos & Charlie Bar is located

D-4 = Township of Montana is where Joran lives

F-7/8 = Hooiberg (Haystack Mountain) - The 2 Kalpoe brothers live in this area at the foot of the Haystack Mountian.

C-9 = By the Natural Bridge on the map is the location where the sharks hang out as they are fed at this location. This is the Shark Infested Feeding Area.

E-3 = Wetland in the Bird Sanctuary is the location where they found the Condoms/Condom Wrappers - Duct Tape (looked like black electrical tape to me) - Female Flowered Panties - and a String or Strap from a Bikini or Halter Top.

I'm finding it hard to believe that the Van Der Sloots would spend 90 minutes inside their home with Greta (media) and Natalee's mom if they were truly involved with Natalee's demise.

I do think Joran's parents know he is a spoiled brat, unpredictable and hard to handle and are trying to protect him any way possible.

I am beginning to think the last man arrested, the DJ, may be more culpable that we know. And there may be others involved as well, other than the ones we know of right now.

Maybe the brothers were told by Daddy VDS to take off with their car and clean it up real well, while Joran and Daddy took Natalee back home to decide what to do with her body. There was a call to the the DJ who lives in Santa Cruz at 6am in the morning

I had wondered why, if Joran had his friends pick him up...and he was with them, and they had the car, why he called Daddy to get him and they just did not take him home in their car. Your thoughts make sense. But, why did the police take Joran's car to inspect? They did that early on, I believe.

Along your thoughts, however, the phone call to Croes, the DJ makes sense...hoping he has some way of disposing of the body off the boat. Maybe Daddy called Lorenzo first, who knew Croes and that is how Lorenzo figures into this. Remember Lorenzo was called in for questioning. He was only there a short time, and released. Next we heard Croes went in (he gave himself up for questioning), and he has been kept.

Maybe Daddy VDS called the DJ at 6 am to ask where he could borrow or get a boat cheap for the day. Without the DJ knowing anything. Mother VDS is gone away to Holland and maybe Daddy VDS tells the DJ he wants to skip work and do some fishing. The DJ plays as part but it could be an innocent part.

Maybe the wanna be judge (yes he was studying to be a judge) has something on the DJ and he is holding over the DJ's head. (like drug trafficking with the Tattoo boat and maybe the Tattoo owner is also a drug trafficker - so MR Dj is caught between a rock and hard place.)

The first car they took was Deepak's (rumored to be Joran's) Joran does not own a car. Deepak own the silver Honda. Daddy & Mother VDS car's were took just last week. Now does it make sense?

Oh, okay. Didn't mean to upset you. There is so much. I thought I read Joran was spoiled, drove a nice car, had an apt. attached to his house. I thought it was his car that was taken. Okay, sorry...it is late, I guess I am getting all the posts confused.

I still think you are very close to the possible truth. But I also think Natalee was drunk...and her friends knew it, and she introduced herself to Joran like the two girls insisted she did. I do not think they were preying on her as it was first believed. Nor, was she involved with him, and having a summer fling (which would have been understandable).

Perhaps with the 3 fellows it was, after all, a really bad accident - and Daddy has tried to cover it all up, by involving some seemy characters to assist.

Why not invited them in...? Mother VDS probably knows nothing and Daddy VDS was nervous (per Greta) during the interview. Besides inviting the Natalee's mother in with a camera right there would make people think just like you are thinking.

People who have something to hide are some of the best players in the world. Beside have heard of a poker face? I sure Daddy VDS knows how to put on a poker face real well.

You have to remember Daddy said no rolling cameras, if their were camera's you might feel differently after we all got to see him in front of the camera.

somewhere, I read about this $360 deficet that Natalee had .....and that she approached Horan about making it back for her.....

so who's ever spreading that story has told it before.....

Sorry but it is not Joran's Car. This has been corrected in the media as well as in the newspapers. They (the media) thought is was Joran's car. I thought it was Joran's car also. But it is not. It is Deepak's car. Deepak was the driver that night. Deepak drove it home.

Deepak drove Joran home Monday "night" when Natalee parents showed up with the police at Joran's house. Daddy VDS called Joran and told him to come home. They were all questioned briefly in the VDS home Monday night. Then they were questioned more fully on Tuesday. Deepak had at least 8 hours to clean the car out if not more time than that.

There were rumors that Deepak and Satish's father owned a car rental. That was found out to be false also.

They just showed Deepaks car on FOX again. It looks very close to the Taxi you posted a picture of. It is light grey and it is a 4 door also. It is about the same size as the taxi.
