there was a story awhile back that says Joran drove the nicest car on the island
Sorry but it is not Joran's Car. This has been corrected in the media as well as in the newspapers. They (the media) thought is was Joran's car. I thought it was Joran's car also. But it is not. It is Deepak's car. Deepak was the driver that night. Deepak drove it home.
Deepak drove Joran home Monday "night" when Natalee parents showed up with the police at Joran's house. Daddy VDS called Joran and told him to come home. They were all questioned briefly in the VDS home Monday night. Then they were questioned more fully on Tuesday. Deepak had at least 8 hours to clean the car out if not more time than that.
There were rumors that Deepak and Satish's father owned a car rental. That was found out to be false also.
And yet at 17 he was legally too young to drive there. Well, why would that stop him. He was too young for the clubs too, but seemed to have no trouble getting in them. Not to mention underage for drinking.
