Prime Minister of Egypt Ahmed Nazif and British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw met separately with President Bush at the White House.

A grenade thrown toward President Bush in the former Soviet republic of Georgia was live, but failed to explode because of a malfunction, the FBI said today.

President's remarks at the RNC Presidential Gala last night.

Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island!

Ok, well, now that you mention it...Jeans, t-shirt, boots and a cowboy hat is pretty much the way I think he looks best. Oh, and a little dusty.

I think Dean has lost it big time even Alan Colmes could not agree with those comments

After that I watched the press corps beat up on Scott McClellan. I think I'd clear the room and say "No more briefings".

Maybe that's why W hasn't called me to step in for Scott when he's ill!

They were playing the theme from Deliverance (I think) in the background, and talking like Woodward. I have never heard anything so devastatingly funny in my life. They just absolutely destroyed Woodward.

On the other hand, me being mixed black and white, and I guess foreigners don't think of Americans of other races, I did have several people tell me that my English was 'very good' and ask where I learned it. It would always surprise them when I'd say 'I'm American. I'm a native speaker.'

That must have been disarming.

**You know, I was going to say I thought he looked a little older in it**

Hmph. Dubya never looks old to me. Sure, he's the same age as my father but he's WAY cuter.

**but if you like it, I'm thinkin' its me who's old.**

No arguments. But compared to me, all of y'all are old :) Hee hee hee.

Or agitates him. After all, we know he reacts like a banshee to bad news.

He doesn't call me because I'd very likely choke one of them. First choice would be Monkey Boy, but Elizabeth Bumiller is moving up the charts.

Reid said Cheney was "paramour" instead of "paramount" I think.....Is that right, JustaCowgirl?

Really? I wonder if he knows what "paramour" means, but then again maybe he does know and that makes it even worse!

Oh Cowgirl... when Laura Ingraham and her sidekick do the "dueling Woodwards" I just lose it. The first time I heard them do it they went on much longer than yesterday. I cannot even listen to Woodward for more than a few words before he himself has me laughing. "Sen-a'dor" ROFLMAO!

< Iwant one with "The Paramour" on it. Did you read about the whiny little dork Harry Reid calling Cheney that on the Senate live thread today?

He WHAT??? I missed it. In what context could he have possibly said that? I loathe Harry Reid, even more than the perpetually saddened, Tom Dashle.

Ha! I am standing up proudly for the suit watchers. I will defend you anytime, just holler. Didn't someone once say the clothes make the man?

I really like that color of blue. I wear it a lot these days. So ITA!

I have no patience for those media creeps that show no respect to W, the office, or Scott.

I still say cancel all briefings. "If we have something to tell y`all, we'll send a memo!" Ha ha

Yes, it's walking distance if I want to get some exercise, but I prefer to get there by car and walk along the shoreline. The views in this place are incredible.

If I go a few blocks in the other direction, this is approximately what I see (Mt. Rainier), all 14,440' of her, although I don't get quite that close up of a view.
