HILL AIDE'S FUND TRIAL DEBUGGED
By KENNETH LOVETT

May 18, 2005 -- LOS ANGELES In a courthouse shocker, Sen. Ted Kennedy's brother-in-law won't be asked about a conversation he secretly recorded for the FBI when he testifies today against Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's former chief fund-raiser, a prosecutor revealed yesterday.
"The government does not intend to introduce the tape or elicit any testimony about that conversation," federal prosecutor Peter Zeidenberg told a judge before the trial of ex-Clinton fund-raiser David Rosen resumed yesterday after a four-day break.
While Zeidenberg did not mention Kennedy's brother-in-law, Ray Reggie, by name, he told Judge A. Howard Matz that he expects to call a witness today who wore a wire for the FBI during a conservation with Rosen in 2002.
Two sources confirmed that the witness will be Reggie, a New Orleans Democratic operative who worked undercover for the FBI for 21/2 years on several probes.
Reggie secretly taped Rosen at a 2002 Chicago dinner, during which the former Clinton aide admitted that a star-studded Hollywood fund-raising gala in 2000 for Clinton may have cost far more to produce than he reported, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

This trail is DOA!
With a Clinton appointed judge and and wimpy prosecutor, they might as well all go home today.
To: Libloather
Asd long as the contents of those tapes are made public, I don't care if or where they're used. All I care about is that the contents are made public.

She won't have a trial. A two-bit lawyer wouldn't worry about it. There's no paper trail proving she knew anything. "They did that during my fundraiser? I'm shocked."
Won't happen.

"Um, I just don't recall." "I have no recollection of that meeting." "I rely on my staff, and I have no knowledge of their actions".

There's no paper trail proving she knew anything. I'm sorry, "no paper trail" is not correct. You are not our new Jeopardy champion.

The mining of confidential FBI files during the 8 years of the clintoon administration must have been extensive indeed.

What has her name on it that proves she knew there was more money than reported?

I guess the Clintons own the justices. We have dictators among us and can do nothing. Can you imaging if this were happening to a member of the Bush family?

The proof-of-service on that letter. That letter was served on her by lawyers from Judicial Watch two weeks before her campaign filed its report.

Can you imaging if this were happening to a member of the Bush family? Of course. It would be dominating the airwaves and newsprint, it would be all we heard of, and the MSM would be cackling with glee.
With Hitlery, there is barely mention made of it. But there is no liberal bias in the MSM, doncha know????????

Save the tape for Hillary's trial?
No the judge in this case was out cheerleading and attacking any idea this was linked to Hillary before any testimony was given. He's a clinton hack appointee and "The Fix Is In". He will throw out the damning evidence and thus ensure a not guilty verdict.
