I just got a Census update in the mail from our local Gov't. They noted I was 'randomly selected' and was very important that I respond to their request. And if I didn't respond, they would do a follow-up.

Bring it on ...

I put in a note saying I WILL NOT provide any information about myself or family until the Gov't (local and national) takes substantive steps to curb illegal immigration.

I've had it folks. If I get anymore RNC fundraising letters I'm going to do the same.

About two years ago, I started writing CLOSE THE BORDERS in big black sharpie letters on all the return fundraising crap they sent me. Apparently, not enough of my fellow Republicans have done the same.

The full attention of the 2006 Senate races should be on domestic issues. Illegal aliens/federal funding to states that ignore it / judges and judicial activism. Without their support of the rule of law, then screw'em... toss their *sses out. It's about THE LAW, THE CONSTITUION AND THE SAFETY AND FUTURE OF AMERICAN CITIZENS. What their actions (or lack of it) is telling me, is that, they are unconcerned with the voice and vote of the AMERICAN CITIZEN.

Myself, and several others, have been doing same for MONTHS! Also, when the telephone calls come in and they want me to "listen to a short message", I say NOPE, you listen to MY MESSAGE first. I proceed to tell them not one more dime until the border situation is addressed, including actively seeking out illegals and deporting them, no amnesty, more border agents.

Those calling never really know what to say - probably republican sheeple manning those phones...

It's obvious why she got suspended for harassing other FReepers in the past. I guess she didn't learn anything. Hopefully before the next FReepathon she will be permanently banned. To date I have sent back almost 30 post-paid RNC & NRCC envelopes with the word “JUDGES” scrawled across the payment slip in red magic-marker.

I do the same, except I vary it: "Deport the illegals!" "No more gun bans!" "Privatize Social Security!"

Maybe they'll eventually get the message.

When I get a fund-raising call, I start by saying to the paid caller, "I know you're just doing a job, so I won't unload on you. But I'm disgusted with the Republicans because they act like Democrats. Thank you, goodbye."

I agree, I'm not anti Latino at all, they are a fine people. But most reports I've read seem to point to both parties fears of alienating the latino vote. I don't think most american citizens of latino descent or those that legally immigrated care for the illegals either. The illegals depress wages for many hard working peoples.

Remember, their are Conservative chiefs and Conservative Indians - and you fall into the latter category. Thus, you must not take issue with the policies handed from above by your conservative betters. When that happens, the system breaks down.
