This greedy shyster and his equally greedy sociopath associate did not realize that the finger is automatically evidence in a criminal investigation.
Detectives want to know: Whose finger is this????

I tried their new fruit salad several weeks ago and was quite impressed. The fruit was very fresh, it was a large portion, and detached digits could be easily discerned.

I used to write headlines for the AP news that went to CompuServe in the early '80's. I got in a lot of trouble for having too much fun.

There was an Applebees in my area where a customer found a lizard head in their salad. No lie- I saw the photo in the paper. Applebees admitted to it and switched over to bagged lettuce for their salads. I still won't go to Applebees.

Will Wendys' seek damages against her? There's still that 50 thousand reward out there.

the fraud will still probably keep me out of Wendy's for a few years more until I forget about it You have an obligation now to go to Wendy's -- it is unfair to allow this false allegation to affect Wenduy's employees and stockholders.

Has it been determined that she planted it? I remember reading that she has a history of lawsuits."

That woman thought she'd get a five-finger discount of Wendy's profit, but was thumbed.

I made a point of stopping there the other day.
It is really good food for a fast food joint. And, with somebody planting a finger, well, that makes me mad enough to spend some extra cash.
