OpinionJournal (online opinion section of Wall Street Journal) has quotes from both Kerry's speech and The Onion, with links.
Did you hear Glen Beck's show today? He mentioned Kerry whining about these non existent dirty tricks without giving any facts to back it up. Kerry just said "conservative talk show hosts" told Democrats to vote on Wednesday without specifying who, of course.
Glen admitted that his giant John Kerry head made out of waffles did say, using a voice impersonating Kerry's, that Democrats should vote on Wednesday. But of course this was meant as a joke. Too many Dems either have no sense of humor or they are just too stupid to be allowed to vote apparently.
No, I missed his show.
When Kerry first came up with his new whine I posted that story from an Iowa DJ about Democrats voting Tuesdays, ... and Republicans on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Man! I died laughing reading that. It's hard to believe anyone would send email to snopes asking "is this true."

Due to an anticipated voter turnout much larger than originally expected, the polling facilities may not be able to handle the load all at once. Therefore, Republicans and Independents are requested to vote on Tuesday, November 7.
The Democrats will vote on Wednesday, November 8.
