Only if the American people passively accept the theft of their birthright.

I think most real Americans instinctively know that "something" is wrong. But they just can't put their finger on it.

This is exactly what started my search for the truth...I was feeling this way back in 1994 when we started seeing the destruction of private property rights by the courts and the collectivization of private property through environmentalism and sustainable development. But that is a different thread.

Re: "Could it be said it is all but declared a done deal???"

Yes.

Luke 21:31 (NKJV) "So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near."

Still, I'd like to preserve our American way of life. My two favorite tag lines from globalist elites are, "We are all in this together" and "level playing field." It means really nothing in a MSM sound bite, but it destroys nations when implemented.

Why don't you post stuff from EPI and the Communist party while you're at it?

A richer Mexico will contribute to stability and democracy within the country, making it more attractive for foreign direct investment and exports from both Northern neighbors.

Until the control of the few mafia familys running Mexico a richer Mexico is impossible, any riches will be confiscated by the crime familys.

Indeed, the voting strength and preferences of Mexican-Americans are shaping US policy toward Mexico.

This line was slipped into the middle of a long paragraph, but it's the key to the entire dilemma. Unless illegal immigration is stopped NOW, demographics (and illegal voting) will be destiny. And it won't be stopped IMO because neither political party has the will to face up to the long-term consequences nor offend hispanic voters.

That's why there's such politial/media frenzy over the Minuteman Project, which takes the lid off a very smelly pot of cooking frog. The elites have almost parboiled the frog without the frog knowing it. Thus we have the obscenity of a President calling his own citizens "vigilantes" for performing a Constitutional duty his administration refuses to do.

I think the reality of citizen-based republican government has been dying or dead since the 1970s. Most "Americans" don't even know what it really is any longer.

Sir I do not disagree one bit with that desire. That is why I vote and pay attention as events unfold. There is a national accountability as well as individual accountability and some events take place for that very purpose.

This is true. Some people say that if you are under 50 years old, the public school you went to was already contaminated against the founding principles of the Republic, and those in that age group, unless they had very dedicated parents never learned the responsibilities of their citizenship or how to preserve their republic.

You just expressed how i have felt for a long time....thanks for putting it into words...I like Bush on a lot of issues but his neglect of illegal immigration is boiling my blood...knowing there are young folks in Iraq doing untold hours of dangerous guard duty and our borders are free to walk across. I can't wrap my little pea brain around this....and yes i realize the dems will do even less. What choices do average citizens have?

I can argue that the boarder issue with Mexico has gone the OPPOSITE direction as claimed since 9-11. Look at Canada and the missile defense shield........

These guys are cheerleaders for a EU style Pan American dream. NO! Don’t go there.

NAFTA has its purpose. It benefits all involved, but going the EU route will bring many undesired consequences. Consequences that make the issues we had in the past with NAFTA look like petty issues. There is no real reason to integrate and lose one owns identity, adopt others problems, compromise and water down our policies. Unlike Europe, we need to stay “decentralized” and a loose economic free trading zone. We don’t need to copy a bad idea.

The Liberal is a “multilateral”, “Pan European/American”, “Globalist” thinker. He sees merit in supra national institutions like the UN and believes the US should abdicate its power as a sovereign nation to these higher institutions. Another example is a world court where they think our forces should fall under.

We have an agreement today that benefits everyone involved economically. Integrating further will cost us more than it will benefit us. It’s an ideological issue for the “supra-nationalist”.

Just because he's paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get him.
