I phoned and faxed Bill Frist and Pete Domenici today impressing upon them the importance of confirming the president's judicial nominees while ending the unconstitutional filibuster by the partisan opposition.

I did not call the Bingaman of the Bingaman Commission which accepted Charlie Trie as a favor to Bill Clinton, whose wife Anne Bingaman set the lobbyist record making two million for six months' work on behalf of the same Global Crossings sold to Li Kashing to make Terry McAuliffe eighteen million.

Bingaman is a sock puppet for every leftist pac, think tank, Soros-front, fax machine.

The message upstream to the Rovian Political Calculus v2005 is no, it's not okay to tell the base, "Maybe next year."

That's the whole FReepin' point: they THINK they ARE listeneing. They think their constituents want them to keep this filibuster hokum alive. NOW is the time for YOU to tell them otherwise.

Ditto that point for Californians like me. Our two Senators need to hear opposition. It may not change their vote -- though you never really know -- but it will strip them of any notion that support for their views back home is monolithic.
