My 2 Senators are Cornyn and Hutchison.

Both from Texas and both with R's behind their names.

They represent me just fine and .....

Well, I'll call the number anyway.

I got a very position response from Cornyn's office in favor of the vote and no response on Hutchinson's position. Did you get a feel for how she will vote?

I also took the time to call Lamar Smith, my congresscritter on his position on "activist judges" and his staff member assured me that the congresscritter "supported vigorous oversight".

I asked him what that meant and he said he couldn't go any further than what Smith had said. It must be nice to be able to say something that means nothing.

Oh wait, I can do the same. I plan on a trip to the moon next month....
