:) What a RIOT! My fav was the Cadillac crashed into the moon just behind the Lunar Lander. "NASSA Got there First". Or "Stinky Joe" on fire...hehehe oh golly...
In 2004, this won the Best Film Award at the First Sundays Film Festival. It was also an official selection at the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival and the Calgary International Film Festival.

No, if you didn't like it, that's OK.
I saw "Million Dollar Baby" a few weeks back and thought it was crap, poorly written, acted and unoriginal.
All opinions are welcome!

You're whining in bold, now.

"Dear Sarah, the indications are very strong that I shall attempt reentry tomorrow. And lest I should not be able to write you again I feel impelled to write a few lines that they may fall under your eye when I am no more."
"It sure is ****in' COLD up here! Yes sir, I 'bout froze my m*********in' n*ts off! G****mn, space is one cold m********ker!"
"Sarah, my love for you is deathless, it seems to bind me to you with mighty cables only omnipotence can break. But S**t woman it is cold a F*** up here!"

The comments provided by the 'Historian', or 'Subject Matter Expert' if you will, were my favorite, or shall I say, 'most enjoyable', component of the documentary.
These segments provided a 'perspective', or a 'point of view' if you will, that I feel might have been otherwise 'missing', or 'left out' if you prefer.

Thanks needed a good laugh after Illini lost :(. This reminds me of the humor of the Chappell show on Comedy Central--he has a great ability to laugh at himself.

I like one of the astronauts walking w/a klan hood on, tho I admit, painting "Whites only" on the capsule is pretty funny.

After reading the whiny posts of others concerning this "humorous" film, I must say that we are never going to get past this racism crap until we can learn to loosen up and laugh at ourselves from time to time.
This short film is brilliant, making an utter mockery of the patronizing, oh-so-politically-correct documentaries of Ken Burns that he makes for the high-brow so-called "enlightened" viewers of PBS.
Satire is a great form of humor that is always rooted in truth. But some, I understand, are not mature to handle it so maybe they should stick to more standard fare.
Anyway, there really are some children on this website who love to make asses of themselves. Pinging Jim Robinson to this thread like school-children running to teacher. "Hey teacher, Hey teacher, look what Johnny's doing...oooh, Johnny, you are in BIG trouble!"
