I don't blame him for that decision. Since Terri's private situation was whipped up by the Schindlers into a "cause celebre", her burial place would become a pilgrimage site if it were known. One of Terri's Schindler relatives said yesterday that she's now in a better place and at peace; If only that person would have helped convince the Schindlers to let her go Home many years ago!

She was disabled, not terminally ill or injured. You people disgust me for supporting the elimination of the weak. This is the same philosophy that drove the Nazi policy of "Dasein Ohne Leben", and the killing of the insane and handicapped.

For crying out loud, you remind me of when they cremated Goering in 1946. They poured his ashes into a river so as not to create a shrine by burying him.

The Hospice issues aside, it's unfathomably disgusting for someone to keep a daughter's remains secret from the parents.

I would have thought he'd have put them on the fireplace mantle as a trophy.

Wrong answer but thanks so much for playing.

You missed the point that cremains ( ashes ) can be buried at any time, days, weeks, months, and even years in the future unlike a body. A decent person would be making back door deals through his lawyer so that the funeral could happen with the family under the condition that they keep the location secret. Hold the burial after the media interest has cooled down. This is just plain spitefulness on Michael's part.

I would suggest that a fund be set up and private property be bought for a Terri Schiavo public memorial. It should be erected in a location approved by her parents and her brother and sister. How many here, including myself and many people I know, would support this?..Pat Boone has said she can be compared to Joan of Arc..Perhaps he would help us with such a memorial..
Even if Michael Schiavo just throws her ashes away somewhere, he cannot still her spirit, for her legacy is growing with each passing day..

Why don't you just "Go Home" then? Do you ever have a minute you enjoy or appreciate?

Is there something wrong with making her burial place a pilgrimage site?

Good point. Don't know what went on between the families, but their ticked big time.

It would be a shame if they couldn't finally find peace between themselves...particularly as time passes and perhaps moves from the national spotlight.

Excuse me, No one let Terri die, disconecting her from life support. She was murdered by starvation and dehydration. She was doped up on morophine. This makes me wonder if she was in a vegetative state. You wouldn't treat a dog like Michael treated Terri. Those two...(words fail me) Shiavo and his live in mistress should be excommunicated from the Catholic church. You would treat a dog the way Shiavo the piggish, homocidal husband treated his wife.

the answer is 7 years. The first 8 years Michael was grieving for his money. After that period of time with money in his hand she became the burden. Pray that something like this will never happen to you or any of your family members.

Since Terri's private situation

This ceased to be a private situation when they started to kill her.

Privacy is the cloak they have tried to used to justify unconditional abortions.

Most Freepers have examined the chronology of Michael Skeevo's actions, the connections of his ghoulish lawyers and the actions of "his" judge Greer to see behind the MSM myths. Limiting the question to "what were Terri's wishes?", Freepers see Skeevo is a lying, manipulative sociopath whose lies have prevailed in court. He has used a "justice system" that has become merely a "system" without the "justice" to sanction the killing of his wife.

Those who don't finally see through Skeevo may be either ignoring the details or closer in character to him than most Freepers.

How do you suggest the Schindlers get help? By hiring a mouse and quietly taking EVERY denial to get that sob removed as a guardian quietly???? Is this what you would do for YOUR dtr if you believed your EYES and knew your son in law was a MONSTER?

Hide their dtrs burial place?

Michael is a sociopath to enact this cruelty.

He has had All the power...he isn't USED to the Schindlers getting the same coverage as he as gotten with his cozy contract with Larry King Live.

He can inflict this last pain upon them...then he is done....and he will have to FIND a new victem to torture...because people like him have to HAVE POWER over others...as does Felos...it can be heady stuff for sociopaths.

Who says the public needs to know......and who is harmed if the parents do ?

His spirit is just plain cruel and self serving

Now, would that be AFTER the first seven years (and malpractice lawsuit$$$) during which Michael NEVER MENTIONED Terri's "deathwish"?

True, after all, Michael Schiavo wasn't on Larry King every other night and Felos wasn't holding 90 minute pressers every other day. < /sarcasm >
