Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
At least now I'll be able to recognize the dark ones in the future.
But that doesn't excuse him from being questioned about the bone scan. Although there were no witnesses to the actual abuse and this is Florida so there'll be no justice once again for Terri. However, once Terri's gone Greer and Felos may leave hino flapping in the wind, so one can always hope. Now, there's an interesting twist on Terri's words, "Where there's life, there's hope." As long as hino is alive, there's always hope he'll get what he deserves.
I am faxing Delay to enforce it and arrest her for contempt of congress.
It does not look good for her to make that far at the moment though. Maybe they are speeding it up before congress convenes tomorrow.

Of course it's there plan, but also the plan of RINO's too.
Also, it's worse than most think. They have now SET LEGAL PRECEDENT thru JUDGE GREER'S hedious execution ruling, that it's NOW LEGAL TO ALSO WITH HOLD SIMPLE FOOD AND WATER.
FOOD AND WATER most likely can NOW BE CONSIDER MEDICAL TREATMENT.
The SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATED OF AMERICAN has approved of GREER'S RULING due to their refusal to even LOOK AT THE CASE.

Rita Cosby from FOX NEWS, just a few minutes ago, reported there are over a MILLION PEOPLE ON FEEDING TUBES.
I pray that God will help these people and protect them the ghouls who have sought Terri's death.

Meanwhile, Terri Schiavo’s parents and siblings disputed their own lawyer’s assertion that the brain-damaged woman “has passed the point of no return.”
A tiny droplet of communion wine was placed on Schiavo’s tongue as her brother, sister and brother-in-law looked on quietly. The Rev. Thaddeus Malanowski said he held Terri’s right hand, as he and hospice priest Rev. Joseph Braun administered the sacrament to the woman who entered a 10th day without food or water.
Malanowski said Schiavo did not visibly react to the wine, as she had when receiving previous sacraments.
“She received the blood of Christ,” said Malanowski, adding that he could not give her a fleck of host because her tongue was dry. Still, his announcement drew applause and cheers from the crowd, which spent most of the day heckling police and protesting loudly.
