Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
well we have the liberty here to say what we want about freedom and conservatism, at least I hope we do!!!!
Because he doesn't have the conviction to stand up for what's right. I still say he just lost any hope of a higher office today.

You know that was my arguement. I was the one saying to my family members, stay with the Republicans, we must! I am seeing things different now. Even if it means a few ugly drought years. We need to have a purging of our values and stop the compromising. It is a lukewarm mentality that Jesus stood firmly against. We will be the minority, but we will stand for rightousness.
I agree, I do think this has awaken many Christians to the true reality we are dealing with in this land, it is just unfortunate that Terri has to die for it! I hope that the Schindlers will never let this go with JEB or the state of Florida! I want to see law suits for years on this! I want HINO to feel pain in his pockets, on earth, and after death! That man is a monster!!
God will not honor this! He will punish those who did this! And it does scare me as well!
It is interesting that the bill was passed in 1999 and less than a year latter Bernie McCabe dropped all charges against the Scientolgists in the Lisa Mcpherson dehydration case. Despite what Felos said today about Terri, this is what happens when water is withheld.

I saw those; absolutely gross. I feel so very bad about her. I didn't know about the time line with the Bill and Lisa. Very interesting.
Father, we pray that You would truly protect and defend Terri from all her enemies . . . from those who are killing her. We pray that there are also hands of mercy and compassion able to minister to her -- that it is truly "Your angels, seen and unseen" at work in her room, in the hospice.

Well, Felos' truth (fairy tales) are touted as truth. And the American people believe him. Why, even today, 7 days into her dehydration, Felos said he's "never seen Mrs. Schaivo look more beautiful."
Greer has NEVER seen Terri... EVER. Not once.
Greer is legally blind..Doesn't that make him disabled ???? Somebody should start hiding his food so he can't eat
I'd personally vote for a Republican whose background I'd checked and trusted in a national election...but I will no longer belong to this party. I would like to see the Constitution Party gain strength, and the only way for it to do that is to gain numbers. Right now, President Hillary might just be on a par with any of the Republican nominees, the way things are going.
But...perhaps now is not the time to discuss this? I know I started it, and I apologize.

The Florida Supreme Court just denied Terri a stay of execution.
Because, he claims, that would be an "invasion" of Terri's privacy. But it's not an invasion of Terri's privacy for Michael Schiavo to bring his friends in to Terri's hospice room, including a woman Terri never met, to VIEW HER DEHYDRATING TO DEATH.
But, of course.
