Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Dr. Kevorkian(sp) is probably getting his lawyer ready with an appeal for his sentence right now.
If what Kevorkian did was wrong , and I agree it was wrong, What will stop Jeffrey Fieger(I think that is his lawyer) from appealing Dr.Death's sentence using what Greer is doing to Terri? How many Dr. Death's will come out of the woodwork? And it would become legal?

Precious Lord Jesus, we are so very grateful that you are in charge of all of this, that you are in that room with Terri right now, and for all we know, she's immensely aware you are there. We pray so. We thank you for your great compassion and love...you created life, Most High, and we know how greatly you value it...and Terri. Be with her parents, help them, give them strength...and be with her siblings, too. We love you, Lord. Will you tell Terri for us that we love her very much, too? We're not giving up, Most High, until You say so. In Jesus name.

Amen, Pegita. I keep remembering the story of the unjust judge in the Bible. He finally relented because the widow kept returning to him with her pleadings. May it be so in this case as well.
