Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I am thankful for this newspaper, it may help to save Terri's life with the truth it reports...Thank you and God help your words to get out to the entire population so they know the truth here.

Better watch it, Scoop. Peach's specialty is running to moderators trying to get people banned. She reminds me of tattle-tale kids in third grade who are always telling teacher when some other kid says something they don't like. "Teacher, Billy said a bad!" I'm sensing frustation, though: Peach has been complaining a lot that people are actually allowed to speak their mind in defense of Terri Schiavo. I suspect she's tried her old trick of running to moderator to get them punished - and he's not listening.
I have to wonder, why wouldn't having a healthy debate done respectfully unwanted on this thread?
I guess while I was gone all kinds of trouble happened??
