Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
If Greer's going to do it, he'd better hurry.

Please write an article detailing that point, and please inform Rep. Delay. If there's any hope of getting Greer and the rest of the murderers held in contempt of Congress, it rests with him.

But the FBI remains unconcerned about the death threats Terri Schiavo has received--and not via any email virtual reality.

Gibbs requested "minimal hydration", and all Greer said is that he'll "consider everything you asked for".
The Schindler family has demonstrated remarkable composure during this long ordeal. God is filling them with His Spirit. Such strength is not possible by man alone. They have asked people to remain orderly.
While I do NOT advocate doing what the man did who they arrested - it goes to show the level of frustration some have with the horrendous lack of justice in our country.
People feel they have no human they can go to to help in this situation.

Fox playing audio of Gibbs to Greer earlier, Gibbs requested an IV until they can present evidence and also reminded Greer that DCF requested hydration for Terri while they do their investigation.. Greer said he may decide before tomorrow but not later than that.

You know I understand ALAN! How come he refuses to believe anything anyone says negative about HINO? He hasn't even spoke to HINO, but there he is defending him over and over? I don't get it!
Richard Alan Meywes was arrested for emailing something about the judges should suffer, and whoever does it should get $250,000.
Be careful not to make any threats online which sound like real.
It sounds like Greer is still playing games. He knows Terri's time is running out.
