its not the old people that should be in fear...its the youngest and most vulnerable....the disabled.......
Most people don't seem to get why this Schaivo case is so devastating.....
its not because Terri can ever be "whole" again, and its not that tube feedings are that pain free in and of themselves( diarrhea, sore bottom, regurgitation, aspiration, etc)
the point is she has been living, living well under the circumstances, without apparent health problems, without pain, for 15 yrs.....
and suddenly, someone is tired of her so they are going to KILL HER......
now, can we go do that to every diabled person in the state hospitals and nursing homes?....afterall, if all it takes is one person to say they "KNOW" what that person wanted, then all these people are in desparate straights....
its the ease at which we are willing to kill ......

She will be with her Lord...just pray that she goes as soon as possible after the SCOTUS refuses to the hear the case.
Yes,I'm surprised there is not a lot of discussion about the DCF proceedings.That new affidavit is quite powerful.Well crafted,many references to inflicting pain. I don't think Greer will be moved,but on appeal to lift the restraining order,there is a shot IMHO.

1. Pick up the phone; call the state police.
2. Order Terri to be secured, and transferred to a hospital under police guard to a hospital.
3. The end.
Maybe you shoulda called Gibbs. Or pinged me, I would have called him. Hell, I talked to every state senators office who was on the fence today, the President's comment line and I tried Jeb but no luck.
Easter is an important Christian Holiday, but not as important as a person's life.
Seems to me the legal team should have spent less time on talk radio and more time lining up some lawyers who have pleaded cases in the Federal Court system. I am less than impressed with this set of lawyers.
You are right. I am so very thankful for what Jeb has done but the job isn't over - he needs to step out of his comfort zone.
Things are not looking good for Terri. Pray that the good Lord looks after her soul and gives her family strength to deal with the difficult times.
