Seems to me the legal team should have spent less time on talk radio and more time lining up some lawyers who have pleaded cases in the Federal Court system. I am less than impressed with this set of lawyers.
Sadly,it would seem to be a growing consensus.
I can't believe they are not getting expert representation for SCOTUS though.
