Hey, it's not that ol' D.C. isn't aging; he went as bald as a cue ball years ago. It's just that he's had his face lifted so many times that his armpits are on top of his head.
Now, if we could just keep Terri alive past her legally appointed maximum age.

1) Why did you wait 7 years and after a malpractice lawsuit to mention what you claim is Terri’s wishes?
2) Why did you state on national television that he had Terri’s wedding rings melted down and made into jewelry for himself?
3) Why are you living with and fathering children with another woman who’s mother has a connection with the county sheriff?
4) Why did you fail to file annual guardianship reports in a timely manner?
5) Why are you using Terri’s money which was awarded by a court to be used for her rehabilitation to pay legal fees in an effort to end Terri’s life?
6) Why are you denying Terri the benefit of any assets accrued after the malpractice award which would be equally hers as Michael’s legal spouse?
7) Why are you in an adulterous relationship (which is a misdemeanor under Florida law) with another woman, which ought to disqualify you as a suitable guardian for Terri?
8) Why did you prevent Monsignor Malonowski from visiting Terri, prevent Monsignor Malinowski from administering last rites when her feeding tube was removed in October 2003, and prevent Terri’s blood relatives from placing pictures of religious figures in her room?
9) Why did you deny Terri the therapy that would allow her to re-learn how to eat even though the therapy is considered mandatory by Florida Statute 744.3215, even to those diagnosed with PVS?
10) Why are you denying any any rehabilitative therapy at all?
11) Why did you deny prudent financial management for her property and to be informed how her property is being managed?
12) Why did you not allow Terri to have a working wheelchair for an extended and unnecessarily long period of time?
13) Why did you allow electrodes, which were implanted in Terri’s brain, to not be examined and removed? These implants should have been removed years ago, as they are a source for both infection and hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus may cause pressure that could suppress cognitive function and be responsible for much of Terri’s condition. If so, there could be a vast improvement in her condition if a shunt were placed. Hydrocephalus could also cause pressure that would flatten the brain and show fluid filled areas on a brain scan.
14) Why did you fail to keep Terri’s family advised of her medical condition? 15) Why did you neglect Guardianship Education, which is a requirement under Florida law?
16) Why were marks found on her arm when she was first administered to the hospital?
17) Why did you state during an interview that Terri's teeth were fine but recently she is missing several teeth?
18) Did you intimidate the workers of Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center in Largo, Florida?
19) Did you order the workers of Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center in Largo, Florida to issue no antibiotics, no tests, no range of motion therapy, no stimulation, or any other form of rehabilitation?
20) Did you demand that charts showing Terri’s rehabilitation progress be altered or deleted?
21) Did you say “When is she going to die?,” “Has she died yet?” and “When is that bitch gonna die?” “Can’t you do anything to accelerate her death - won’t she ever die?” “Make sure the parents aren’t contacted” “I’m going to be rich” to the workers of Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center?
22) Did you demand that the family should not be given information while Terri was at the workers of Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center?
23) Did you injected Terri with Regular insulin, which would have resulted in her death had nurse Carla Iyer not provided immediate medical care?
24) Why did you file a petition to prohibit the media from seeing Terri’s neurological examination videotapes or airing the videos to the public after they had been presented to the court as evidence?
25) Why did you file a petition to have Terri cremated immediately after her death? If so why?
26) Did you have anything to do with Carla Iyer’s termination at Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center?
27) Did you petition or state that you wanted a gag order on Carla Iyer or any other nurse concerning Terri Shiavo? Why?
28) Were you abusive toward Cindy Shook, whom you dated only a 11/2 after Terri’s collapse?
29) Why did you have Terri’s 2 pet cats euthanized to clear the way for his moving in with Cindy and her pet dog without Terri’s permission?
30) Did you stalk Cindy Shook after your relationship ended?

No innocent person should die because they don't have a great lawyer and lose the judicial lottery.
Reminds me of the sixtie's, when parents sent cult squads in to rescue cult victims who had been brainwashed. Maybe we can classify the liberals as a "cult of death," holding Terri captive to their cult and send in the squad to rescue her.
Yes she can, but her husband won't allow it. 3 nurses, who've signed an afidavit to the court, said they fed her jello, pudding, and ice cream etc. with a spoon. She swallows just fine.
If her husband allows her to be fed by spoon, he has no way of killing her.
You do realize Terri was awarded $1 million dollars, just like her husband, from the malpractice suit? If she dies, it's all his, you know.
Perhaps you haven't dealt with "Connected" ppl in a serious way. I have lived where crossing the connected ones was not a good idea as they would make, at a minimum, your life a living hell. Only way to get along was to group in clusters and keep a low profile doing.
They are preventing any oral hydration. That has to cross a line.

NUMBER ONE
Jeb Bush has no intention of running for the Presidency or the Senate. His political considerations of his own accord seem to end with this term as Governor, so I wish people would quit using this as a talking point on either side. It devalues the battle occuring right now which is NOT political, rather ideological.

Terri is ALIVE because Jeb Bush has been fighting this case for YEARS. Otherwise she's have been dead a couple years ago. Really convenient to state the guy is spineless when you ignore his efforts on terri's behalf. Especially when you sit behind a computer monitor.
The poor guy is just like Terri, we do not know his wishes, the family members are divided with their wishes (but some are afraid to voice their opinions broadly) so can we just proceed with the starvation remedy?
You bet. But Jeb has all the legal authority he needs in that statute. I told my lawyer girlfriend today I am starting to get to the point where I would prefer honest anarchy, rather than this insane, legalized anarchy that dares not speak its name we call the "legal system."
Also, i don't see Jeb Bush doing anything. If he was going to do anything, it would have been done by now. I pray to the Lord i'm very wrong.

Would the higher good -- if Terri is killed -- be that most future judges will most likely have to be pro-life'ers? I hope you are right! What a tremendous sacrifice for both families of these two women.
So what if I am? I get angry and feel strongly about someone who wishes someone else death or damnation, doesn't matter who they are.
I hope Teri dies on Friday...
and leaves an empty drawer in the morgue on Sunday.
