Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Hope they have an ambulance standing by.

Would you buy a policy from Michael Schiavo? There is a listing with the Florida Secretary of State listing Michael Schiavo as a "director" of an insurnace agency (yes, that's how it is spelled on the official listing)
The "insurnace" agency is "Jergers- Centonze Insurnace Agency, Inc."
Michael's girlfriend's name is Jodi Centonze.
Michael is listed as a director.

Last year, while making out my living will, I insisted to still receive food/water/antibiotics, (until death, no matter what condition, yet allowed my sons to "pull the plug" of machines such as respirator, etc.
I was SHOCKED when the lawyer ranted at me for "tying the survivors hands" in no allowing the food/water to occur!!!!!!!!!!! (I walked out).!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It SCARES ME TO DEATH the mindsets of docs and lawyers and judges, and the media forming social thinking, using the wording"vegetable or vegetative", to associate uselessness of a person's condition, or "NO QUALITY OF LIFE" as determined by society.

No, them taking this long means they are getting involved. I have seen appeals for the Schindlers take 30 minutes to be denied.

Yes, me too. I had to do something for my daughter tonight out of the house and I spent a good deal of that time just praying in earnest.
IMO, if terri is given another chance they MUST get a new lawyer. This man ay stay, but clearly experience and name recoginition will carry more weight. Other groups would glad fund the expense for them if needed.

LOL. Neither one did the basic homework. The other two that testified that Terri expressed a desire to be starved to death were Michael's Brother (Scott IIRC), and Scott's wife, Michael's sister in law. All three share the same last name, Schiavo, so it's easy to remember.
