IMO, if terri is given another chance they MUST get a new lawyer. This man ay stay, but clearly experience and name recoginition will carry more weight. Other groups would glad fund the expense for them if needed.
How could he know how to file before the bill passed?
As I understand the NOTICE of appeal is the brief. Gibbs told me on Sunday that he got a call at 11:00pm on Saturday and was told to file a BRIEF with them by SUnday at NOON! Which he DID!
TOday he DID FILE THE ACTUAL APPEAL!
