Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
I'm listening to Savage now.
You probably heard him wrong.
His soundbite clips had Laura Ingraham fuming this morning.
LOL! Thank you, I Needed that Laugh!
The Heavens are cracking, dear Lord.
So is the Fed Gov. They, Bush and Bush all know now what it is like to be ruled by a county activist judge who thinks he is God (people ruled by satan often feel they have this power).
Good prayers are always welcome! That's why I give as many of them out as possible!

I would do it but have to scoot outta here
She's NOT in a COMA! She's most likely NOT PVS either.
Buy a vowel, please.
Lauren, that was funny huh! I can just see him in the wrong hallway too! Bwahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
Florida law interprets that food and hydration are "medical treatment."
Thank you for the pics! I hadn't seen them when I posted! FOUR kids coming from Texas wanting to give Terri water!
I told my Mom, "See, that could've been us,a little old 82-year old in a wheelchair and on 02 came from California to try to give Terri water."
Grievously, we couldn't make it, but maybe some of you can still? Or can go to DCF and insist they investigate the abuse charges but in the meantime put he water in.
Hopsice in this state.
There are many great hospices around the country, and I bet if you called some of them and ask if this is what goes on, etc...they would say that Woodside has ruined hospice reputation in general.
To get him to issue an order that is so patently illegal as to justify his removal from the case.
"It is imperative that she be stabilized so that the Adult Protective Services team can fulfill their statutory duty and thoroughly review all the facts surrounding her case. If there's any uncertainty, we should err on the side of protecting her," the governor continued.
At a hastily arranged afternoon hearing on the DCF request, the agency's attorney tried to convince Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer that they could take Terri Schiavo into custody.
"The law allows the department to exercise both emergency protective services -- intervention -- and emergency removal. Either one or both," DCF attorney Jennifer Lima-Smith stated.
Greer, however, was not willing to let DCF take custody of Terri while he considered the agency's motion. He granted a request by Michael Schiavo's attorney to prevent DCF from removing her from the hospice or administering food and water to her.
It was not immediately clear if the agency would comply with the order, especially after the state Legislature failed to order the tube's reinsertion.

Jeb even used the word "imperative" in the presser. He said it is "imperative to stabilize her." I hate getting my hopes up but this appears to me he is ready to act.

Theresa Marie Schindler is our precious, special angel. I pray we all can meet her someday at a big celebration in another state, besides Florida. :)
Good idea. :)
I just had the greatest thought today. When Terri is rehabed and able to communicate, I want SEAN HANNITY to be the first to go to the Schindler's home and interview her!!! What ya think SEAN??
Everyone, keep the calls going for Terri! Tell your family and friends to call DCFS right now!!
