Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I'm not convinced this DCF move is genuine, Halls. Why now? Why wait until she's been dehydrated for 5 days? I see no reason to think this is any more than a CYA gambit. What they do so that they can say, "Well, we tried."

We'll be watching Sean film his show tonight at hospice. He is so sincere and wants to help Terri's family. He's appalled at Judge Greer's behavior.
What does he plan to do? Waddle on down to the Hospice with his Colt45?
Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, said he would take legal action if the feeding tube is reinserted.
